What is
mental health?

Do you need help for a mental health crisis, emergency or breakdown?

The world as we know it has changed a lot in recent months. If you have found yourself feeling worried about school or college, money or when you might see your friends again, this is understandable.

Often, changes to our environment or circumstances can lead to changes in our mood and mental wellbeing. Knowing what signs to look for and spotting them early can make a big difference to your health.
