Thrive LDN has created a pack of little things you can do to keep yourself well and useful ways to get support if you are finding it hard.

Self-referral services

Sometimes, if you’re experiencing mental ill-health, you’ll need help. And it’s better to seek help as early as possible. You can use these self-referral services to speak to a professional:

  • Bexley Crisis Café: If you live in Bexley or Greenwich, you can visit Bexley Crisis Café, a safe and friendly place that provides access to mental health support and advice from health professionals.
  • Bexley Care: Provides a Single Point of Contact for help and advice in relation to accessing mental health support services available on 020 3045 5159 or bexleycare.spc@nhs.net
  • Live Well Greenwich: Local information, events and support to improve your health and wellbeing. Call 0800 470 4831​

Talking therapies

Talking Therapies is a free (now online) service for south east Londoners aged 18 and over experiencing depression, anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories, and other mental health and wellbeing issues.

Wellbeing Hubs

You can also access Wellbeing Hubs local to you for more information and support:

  • Bexley Community Connect: If you live in Bexley, you can use this service to improve your health and wellbeing by accessing new activities, support and services in your community.
  • Bexley health and wellbeing: A range of ways to boost your wellbeing with support.
  • Bromley Well: Provides free health and wellbeing support Bromley residents. If you are feeling anxious, stressed or low, or have any long-term health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, asthma, get in touch with them today.
  • Lambeth Living Well Network Hub: If you are having a ‘wobbly’ day or you aren’t feeling well and are worried about your mental health and wellbeing you can contact the Hub.
  • Lewisham Community Wellbeing: This service supports adults in the London borough of Lewisham to recover from mental ill-health and stay well.
  • Live well Greenwich: Provides free health and wellbeing support for Greenwich residents.
  • Southwark Wellbeing Hub: Live in Southwark? Then access this service that helps with information and support if you are worried about your wellbeing, or that of someone close to you.
  • Dementia Support Centres: For residents in Bromley and surroundings boroughs
  • Bromley Dementia Support Hub: For residents in Bromley who need advice and support for themselves or those they care for. Find out how to plan support, learn about dementia and look after yourself and those around you.
  • Lewisham Dementia Support Hub: For residents in Lewisham who need advice and support for themselves or those they care for. Find out how to plan support, learn about dementia and look after yourself and those around you.
