At a time where our daily lives have changed so much and we face many new difficulties, it is important to make time to look after our physical and mental health.
Evidence shows that small things, from being active to connecting with friends, can make a positive difference to our mental health and wellbeing.
Launching on the 27 January and all through February, we’re here to encourage you to share content of how you are participating in the #BeWellChallenge to take care of your mental health and inspire those around you to #BeWell, too.. There’s a host of ways you can take part:
